Slowly but surely the scale keeps moving in the right direction. It seems as though the closer I get to Onederland, the more slowly the scale moves lol. Just gotta keep up the hard work and it'll pay off!

How is Everyone, Doing? I had a cold and my trainer couldn't meet with me this week so had a bad week. I ate out about 6 times! I only worked out one day for 30 minutes. I'm lucky I only put on 1.6 Lbs. I will reach Onderland by the end of May if I just get going.
