I sent my weigh in already. Not happy I gained a pound!! This is a new week and I am going to make the most of it. Add some more cardio. See if that doesn't help. Congrats to all the loosers. Catch ya all later. Pat

Hey everyone! The next two weeks are gonna be crazy so I probably won't be around much (LOL not like I have been around much anyways!) but I found out today that I'm for sure pregnant!!!!! Yay!

So I will be here in 2 weeks with more information about the baby and my pregnancy weight goals....please sign me up for Goals 2010 if there is one!

Even though I am not looking to lose weight again until Mid- June 2010. I am hoping I can join you and keep the weight gain to where I want it this pregnancy. When I was with you early this year I was doing great and at least maintaining the weight. I am hoping that I can find that kind of support once again. The last 3 months have been so hectic for me. Just getting ready for winter and then being laid off last month every thing has really gotten out of control. I was able to maintain or gain 1 pound a week until then. Now I just cannot seem to get things back to where I was with exercising.

sorry, i don't really know where to send my weight in, so i am posting it here. I was 124.3 (56.5 kilos) this morning!

Guys, I am going to have to opt out of the tag stuff until at least the 18th, I am hitting the wall with seminary, have finals on the 18th, and a bunch of Christmas show stuff with the church where I work and my husband is going out of town next week and my daughter has TWO concerts next week and I'm trying to cram for a Greek final. I am doing all I can just to stay on the diet train, I honestly don't have time to exercise.

BUT on the 18th, I am going to be out of school and doing "full time" exercising - cleaning the house, running, starting 30 day shred, painting two rooms, maybe even refinishing two floors. You name it, I am going to burn calories doing it and you see it, I am going to tone it!

Just wanted to let everyone know...3FC is my sanity right now, but all I'm doing is sitting on the couch with my laptop and studying, flipping to 3FC for a break when I need one. For the next 2 weeks, I'm going to be completely sedentary...yuck. Maybe a few walks here and there, that's all I can afford to get away from the books.

weebleswobble - good luck with studying kate! remember to buy some healthy snacks so you don't reach for the bad stuff... Last year I remember in college I would buy hoards of snacks to reward myself when I studied.. LOL
chips...cookies....ice cream.... ugh

mrsaugie + McKenziesmomma - Congratulations on your pregnancy! I know one of the reasons I wanted to lose weight was to be healthy to become pregnant in the FAR future lol (currently 23 y/o but know obesity can lead to infertility) This was totally true in my case when I was at my highest I wouldn't see TOM for months. Now that I've been OP for 2 months, I've had normal TOM 2x!

Congratulations to all the girls who lost!!

I experienced a whoosh this week which was a nice surprise. I thought my vacation to NYC (8 days) was going to set me back considering I ate out 2 meals a day. Today weighed in at 163.5 lbs (last monday was 169.5)

Good to know I'm still ahead of schedule in all my challenges. I thought I was set back for sure.

I've got a locker full of good snacks, actually, Trader Joe's single serving packs of cashews, some South Beach Bars...and I usually take string cheese and yogurt with me. My problem is NOT EATING at school. I need to make a pot of chili or something over break and freeze it to take with me.
