Talking 5 pound challenge #87

Starting a new 5 Pound Challenge.
Everyone is welcome to join.
Just post your Starting Weight (SW) and your Goal Weight (GW).
Log in as often as you like and post your Current Weight (CW).
First person to reach their 5 Lb loss Goal Weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 LB Challenge.


Woohoo!!!

I did it. Cold and all. Hard partying the weekend before and even eating chicken noodle soup. Thats right this hardcore low carber made a huge pot of chicken noodle soup.

So I finished the challenge like this
SW 245.0
GW 240.0
Ending weight 239.4!!!! A new decade. I love how those feel.

So here we go again ladies.

SW 239.4
GW 234.4

That is 1.4 pounds away from my November goal of 233. I am almost at 40 pounds gone!!!! Yipee hooray!!

I am in great need of a challenge! 5 lbs is my next goal so I am all aboard!

I am a weight Watcher.... I have just had a REALLY hard time counting my points lately! So my goal for the week is to track everyday!! For me Knowledge/tracking is key, but I don't always "feel" like it!

SW: 188.8
GW: 183.8

I can't wait to get there....

Anyone have anything exciting going on this weekend? Me? Studying for a nursing exam on Monday.... FUN... It is so nice out so I am a bit annoyed at being inside today! Ugh- Of course I had a gain at this week's weigh so that isn't so helpful either. I hope to go to the gym later today with my hubby! That will be fun- looking forward to a job and weight lifting.

Good Morning All! (Well, morning in the eastern time zone)

What do you all have going on for the day? Anything exciting? Any new recipes your making? Any cool exercise you have planned?

Me? I am eating carmel apple salad for breakfast (1 pt per cup), I will going to my first spin class today with my husband in tow... I am looking forward to that! Other than that I will be studying for an exam on Monday! (that will not be the fun part of my day)

Have you all been doing the 5 lb challenge often? I have seen the thread and checked it out many times, but this is my first time joining. I can't wait to lose the 5lbs!

I hadn't been weighing myself the past couple of days because of TOM, but I did today and I've passed my 5 lbs!

SW: 202
CW: 196.5
GW: 197

Sooo now that those lbs are gone for good I'll be working towards my next 5 lbs.

CW: 196.5
GW: 191.5

PS - I kept writing 2 _ _ and having to go back and erase it because I'm so not used to being in onderland!

LBLazy-Glad you're joining this challenge again! You just post your weight on the day you start this for your SW...you don't keep your start weight from previous 5# challenges. YAY on onederland!!
