I only weigh weekly so no updates today... Saturday!

Awesome to the ladies that are losing!

anything exciting for the day planned? Not Me! We have a 4 hour lecture for school then I practice using sterile technique for wound care. Should be a long day! Oh, and write a paper as well! Ugh-

I drank 52 oz water yesterday! I did exercise but that wasn't unusual. I need to do this every day. Food was a little over so I know it was the water that helped.

akacutie-Today's excitement for me includes folding laundry, going to WW (since it's closed Thurs, my normal day), and playing with my 4 y/o!

InControl-Your starting weight is 168 then (whatever you weigh when you begin this particular challenge). Good luck and have fun! These are wonderful ladies!
