Double Down the dumbbells
Hi all,
I am starting this challenge so that all of us trying to incorporate weight training into out exercise plan, have additional motivation. Well this is basically that do your dumb bells 2 times a week for 20 min atleast each time.
You chose the weight and you chose what you wish to do.
It will be awesome if we manage this till Thanksgiving and see the wonderful changes.
tips: do dumb bells while watching tv instead of eating snacks.
do dumb bells when you go for a walk.
So anyone up for this?
