Down a smidge this week. Feeling craptacular after a half week binge. Went to the gym for the first time in a while and damn, my thighs still feel it!

I got in 25 minutes of stepping. I have my yoga practice lined up for before bed. food was ok not spectacular. I got in 24 ounces of water. ready for tomorrow. Having problems logging in tfc tonight. Any one else experiencing problems

I know I'm so late, but I'd like to join in the thread. I would LOVE to be under 200 by Thanksgiving! I have ten days to make it so I will be giving it everything I have! I am counting my calories, logging them with dietpower and I am starting a workout plan tomorrow. My goal is to post daily just to keep accountable. Thanks!

Lost 3 lbs since last monday's official weigh in ^_^

foodwise : 1450 cals (250 cals over plan )
activity: 3-4 hrs walking in amusement park, 30 min elliptical, 60 min hulahoop
fluids: lots of water

twobluebirds24 - welcome ^_^ you can do it ! sounds like you already have a great plan for yourself.

JazzyPeggy - At least you drank water!! It's a new week for a great start

Dixiemae - Lots of issues with the website/blogs at the moment. It seems to be semi-working now but for 2-3 days I could not load pages AT ALL.

weebleswobble i was super frustrated without 3fc too

JazzyPeggie~if it wasn't for Crystal Lite Id have probs getting water down too. I like most of their flavor packets. I load a bottle with one and out the door I go.

Two blue birds~to the group. I am new here too. great group of supportive ladies. Jump in and make some great friends.

In control~congrats on the weight loss!

got on the scale this morning. All is well . I have a few errands to run in the rain. some cleaning to get done for Thanksgiving. my oldest daughter is coming home for the weekend

Hi ladies, I've been spot on plan foodwise and water, 30 mins exercise. The crazy site has been driving me insane too.

girls!

Today is a good day. I kind of helped a friend get a much needed job. All I did was tell her about the place and she swears I'm her hero. I'm looking to do a transfer. More money and more training. If things keep going this way, all my Texas friends will be working in the same call center as me. Things are looking up, I am hopeful.....

Pat I'm here hon! just kinda hovering. I walked 1.5 miles today getting Hunter from school. I ate pretty good today too. I'm going through a little bit of depression right now. I know that I'll ge tthrough it - but I'm sleepy all the time - still job hunting - and feeling kinda useless for my family aside form taking care of the baby. Which I love! but it wears on me at the same time.

Just hang w/ me girls!

Hi~I did 35 minutes of stepping and 20 minutes of yoga. I feel relaxed now. I ate op and drank 40 ozs of water. I did a little better than yesterday.

Eny~ proud of you walking 1.5 miles. way to go!

Food - stayed on plan =D 1225 calories

Activity - 80 min treadmill, 30 min pilates, 60 min hulahoop

Fluids - water and green tea

It's so NICE to be planning and cooking my own food again. I can eat much more and feel satisfied instead of a few bites of restaurant food and end up feeling hungry and OVER my calorie limit ...

Food yes, water yes, exercise 1.5 hrs, posting yeppers. Keep going ladies, we're going to have to push hard til thurs. Then we'll start something new.

Activity - 30 min pilates, 60 min hula hoop, 50 min treadmill, 50 min elliptical

I'm bumping up exercising this week so I can "mend" when I'm in NYC and be ok with walking. hehe
