I was on plan with exercise and my water. Had too much food though. I need to buckle down and plan, plan, plan for tomorrow's eats.

My update- I've been doing pretty good. I've managed to stay OP with my diet. Though my water intake is another story. Only drank 4-5 glasses a day so far this week. I seriously wonder why I'm never thirsty.
Today, completed 130 mins of exercise between AM/PM workouts. Jumped for joy when I realized that I've lost 1.5 lbs since Mon.
Needs improvement: water intake and posting daily!

dangerouscurves76: I know for me, I just need to sometimes force myself to drink water. If i'm going to go on the computer (or watch tv) i'll remind myself to get a big glass of water. Or, every time I eat something, i'll bring a glass of water with me wherever i'm sitting...
I've actually resorted to using this jar (a spaghetti sauce jar! ) and using that. It seems to be working...
So ladies, guess what? I know I wasn't supposed to weigh my self today, but I did. And I lost another two pounds! (I don't know how!) in the last day! Whoop! I'm going to fix my ticker now

Yesterday, I upped my exercise by a third. I usually do 2 m watp, but yesterday out of frustration I did 3 m. And today the scales are showing my gain is dwindling down. So today I will repeat yesterday's exercise.
Come on Indians and Pilgrims, anyone else brave enough to raise your exercise for today by a third?

=) Stayed within my calorie limits of 1200 and I never forget to drink water
Activity: spent 60 min on treadmill (~4.5 miles/jogging+fast walking), 30 min pilates and 60 min hulahoop while watching TV
I felt so snackish last night but I know it's not because I'm hungry but I'm craving something so I killed the urge.
I try to drink 4 glasses of water before lunch and drink the rest spread out through the night. I try not to drink too much water 60 min before working out though because I need to pee too much
GO INDIANS !

What a great challenge Peggy! I'll step up my exercise today and for the rest of the challenge. (Looks I'm going to need to). I'll commit!
Man Pilgrims we're getting our butts kicked.
Yesterday's points:
Pilgrims:
Sprkle-5
Weebles-5
Indians:
Peggy-3
InControl-8
Dangerous Curves-7
EviesTrying-5
I'm going to have to get some major exercise in to help my team out.
So my update: over on food yesterday (I was a bottomless pit), on plan water, 30 mins exercise = 3pts how sad... got to do better

How did the pilgrims and indians thing get sorted out? Maybe one of the indians should be on your side, sprklemajik.

Sprkle, I'm going to try to do the extra exercise for the whole challenge too, I just have to make sure I don't overdo it due to me having MS. But if no adverse effects I will continue thru the whole challenge, too. I'm hoping this will really get me losing weight finally. If I can just get a better control on my eats, but I'm trying on that too.

well, we're brown-bagging to a minister's appreciation lunch today to stay OP food-wise (actually, just taking a small Wendy's chili so we have something to eat instead of spaghetti...)
so embarrassing.

Eviestrying, I divided the teams up as follows:
Pilgrims:Sprkle, MckMomma, HeyHeyGabby, WeeblesWobble
Indians:JasonsLea, JazzyPeggy, InControl2Day, Eviestrying, Dangerouscurves
So it's not that they are super uneven, just that Melissa and HeyHeyGabby didn't do their daily post. I'll PM them and remind them that we've got a challenge going on.
Shari-you've got to post your daily updates too! Your team is counting on you!
Peggy- Don't push yourself too far on the exercise. You've got lots of ways to contribute to your team without putting your health at risk. But if you're feeling like doing more, then great!
Weebles-Congrats on the NSV!!! and loosing so much this week! I loved when I didn't have to wear womens sizes anymore!!! It's an awesome feeling huh?

evieistrying09: Thanks for the tip on how to drink more water! Today, I made sure I had a bottle with me at all times. And I managed to get in an extra 16oz.
I got more than enough exercise today. (120mins) Ate under my daily calorie count and tried to make time for meditation. Now I'm on my way out to meet friends for dancing and 1 drink. Time to start chugging some water so I'll be too full to start sipping wine and snacking.
Hope everyone has a great night.

I'm on plan with food (still under 1200 calories but I'm going to have my snack in a bit) and water. I had a one hour walk today.
I got some of those sketchers shape-up shoes in the mail today...has anyone tried them??
I have a sinus infection and I just started taking antibiotics today, so I'm trying not to breathe too deeply outside, just light exercise. I'm a retired classical singer and have been asked to sing next week and would like to have my voice back.
