I got my water in and my exercise. I'm just getting in the habit of checking in every day.

Hi all! I'm up for the challenge. I don't know what it is but I do sooooo much better when there's some kind of point system. I guess it triggers memories of my childhood when I would have done anything for a gold star on my homework!

SW: 146.5
GW: 136.5

Post Daily on whether or not you've met all your goals for the week. Like this:

Yesterday I ate on plan, got all my water, exercised for 30 mines and had 8 glasses of water. I'll add all the points up and update you all every couple days.

Woot! I'm so glad everyone's excited for this. Yes, start Thursday (get your first 5 points by PM-ing your Weigh in to JasonsLea, and then get another point for your post for the day!

I've got the same thing going on. I need to get some gold stars, and I need to be on a team so that I feel like I'm letting my team down if I'm not staying on plan like I ought to.

Hi ladies, I was starved yesterday, so I ended up going over my daily calories by 200. but... I'm back on plan today and I've got some exercise scheduled for when I get home. So yay! Glad to see so many posting. Let's keep it up and keep moving.

Sparkle on the challenge do I PM you daily or do you want us to keep up with it and PM it weekly when we weigh in or soemthing?

Well a quick check in.....all of my tests that the Dr. ran came back fine supposedly....I really think I have diabetes I don't care what they say, but that is fine maybe it is just early onset or something. I just need to eat better and exercise...get this fat off and I will feel better!

Hope you are all doing well!

Just passing this along...I had lunch at KFC today....grilled chicken breast, green beans, and corn on the cob (3") was only 280 calories and I'm soooo full....just tell them to leave the biscuit out....

It's good to see everyone excited. Melissa, good tip on telling them to leave the biscuit out, I know I would eat it.

Hi ladies, don't forget to start posting your daily points starting tomorrow. (No PM's to me needed).

My update-- (as an example of how to post tomorrow, you don't have to post the red parts)
Yesterday I was on plan 1750 calories [2pts] (under 1800 is goal), 30 minutes of strength training [1pt] , and all 8 glasses of water [1pt]. [And 1 pt for posting, for a total of 5 pts per day]

Glad to see all the activity. Don't forget to PM JasonsLea your WI tomorrow.

McKenzie's Momma, that KFC meal sounds great, does it have a name? I'm totally going to try that. Was it expensive?

Yeah it was $7.30 something....but they have $5.00 meals that come with different stuff.....they have a $5.00 meal that comes with breast, one side, a biscuit, and a medium drink. So you can get either a 3" ear of corn (70 calories) or you can get greenbeans (25 calories)....but throw out the biscuit!!!! You could always ask if you could substitute the biscuit for one of the sides.....but an individual side is almost $2.00....which is absolutely rediculous!!!!

Their combos are numbered....the breast combos are usually the #1...but they have a #1 combo in the $5.00 meals (described above) and they have a #1 combo in individual meals (a breast, 2 sides, a biscuit, and NO drink) after you ad the drink it comes to like $7.70 something....so it is a little cheaper to get the 5 dollar one and add an extra side...but not much.

I also like subway sandwiches...but I have a hard time wanting to choose the chips as my side rather than choosing the apple slices (35 calories)....I'm trying to work on that...LOL

If anyone else has any good suggestions for low calorie fast food fare please share

girls!

Sorry I've been MIA. My body is rebelling against the hour change and schedule change. I am so not a morning person! The new job is a mind challenge for sure. TOM finally decided to show his face (2 weeks late!) which is good and bad: good because it means I'm ok, bad because...well, it's TOM! My WI for this week is out the window for sure.

So glad to see everyone here and posting! Sparkle, thanks so much for doing this challenge!

Remember, WIs are due to me by tomorrow night!

Evie- I would suggest changing your breathing around. Maybe two breaths in, then two out. Maybe it just slows my breathing down a bit (or helps me find a better rhythym) when I run, but I find it almost always stops the stitch.

OK, but the pilgrims won't be stealing anyone's wigwam, deal?

I'm on plan with everything, I have been getting lots and lots of exercise (the nearest place to get food near my school is a one-mile walk, so I don't drive) and I only drink water while I'm there, and I like it. I've gone from 222 to 217.6 and I just started T.o.M. today. (ouch!).

I'm also at 1200 calories.

NSV - my wedding ring is looser than it was when I got married.
