I'm just glad I managed to get my other workouts in--I put them off until nearly dinnertime and then finally squeezed them in. Whew!

Rolling along with my goal for C25K! I added one Body Pump class/week for some strength training - but I end up having jelly legs for the next run after that... too many squats and lunges ... maybe I'm too out of shape to do anything else for the lower body until the running routine is established.
