Tummy~ yeah, it kicked my butt! Well, more like socked me in the gut! I'm still feelin' it!  Got my plyo in bright and early! Mom's keeping me on track just by being here!

It took me a few days to figure out a realistic exercise goal. I'm going to commit to completing 1800 mins by Nov. 30th by any means necessary!  
11/1- Rest Day
11/2- Urban Rebound (40 mins/Intermediate)
40 mins down/ 1760 mins to go

Sandye - Glad to here mom's keeping you on the straight and narrow, my pecs hurt today but they always do after that one yesterday. Plyo was awesome today, half way through the workout today I actually started saying, "Oh ya Tony Horton, I own you today!" It was pretty funny. Did mom give it a try or is she a little , lol?

Tummy - Goal edit - I have decided to add a mile goal of 50 for this month - I'm counting treadmill, outdoor walks that are intended for exercise, bike, and elliptical.
Nov. 1 ~ off day
Nov. 2 ~ C25K W4.5D1 - 30 min. - 1.69 miles
Nov. 3 ~ Elliptical - 61.5 min. - 1.64 miles
Min. total ~ 91.5/1400
Mile total ~ 3.33/50

(going to aim for the HIIT or running on the days when P90X is less cardio)

Hi I'm not sure how this got posted about me but I never set those goals. In fact I haven't set any goals yet. Could you please correct this.
I was asking about setting similar goals to the ones I put in quotes. Sorry about the confusion.
