I need help!!!!!
My weight has not changed because I've been making up for my healthy meals with...beer! I love October beers! I'm not an everyday drinker, but on the weekends I've been overindulging in savory meals and beer.
Anyway, I'm going to the gym tonight to give myself a confidence boost. I've also noticed I didn't lose because I haven't been checking in on this site for support.
Time to get back on track.
