Default W.O.W. BOO! Halloween challenge~Week 5

Half way there ladies.

Week 1~148
Week 2~145
Week 3~144
Week 4~142
Week 5~141

So weigh in today wasn't terrible but not my low either. I will be back there in no time.

On tap for today

W 100 oz
E 60 minutes
E 1200 clean calories
D house work. I am going to babysit tomorrow.

I am kindof freaked out about babysitting tomorrow. I will have 4 of my sisters kids. they are 3,4 10,11. the older two I have to take to school (and pick up but they are good girls), the 4 yo is in preschool for 2 hours and the 3 year old is a holy terror. Seriously I am freaked out. The younger two don't have the best communication skills and they NEVER listen to me. Oh well it will be good for me.

Default Half Way Already?!?!?!?!?!

Jeez! I can't believe its already 1/2 way. Lets recap....

Week 1 = 209.6
Week 2 = 209.2
Week 3 = 206.6
Week 4 = 211.2
Week 5 = 206.6 Back to good after river adventure and concert!.

I am shooting for 1% loss weekly so would like to see 204.5 by Sunday.

I am also stepping out of my comfort zone, and joining an all womens 6 week bootcamp. Monday & Wednesday nights and Friday mornings (on my off Fridays). Starts on October 12th, but I am going to take a free class tonight. I could puke just thinking about it.

What about you girls.... Question of the day if you will - What are you going to do THIS WEEK to push outside your comfort zone???

Huh? Lets hear it! Sounds like JEN will be babysitting! Good luck with that!

Ok I wasnt great over the weekend with my eating :-(
I hope I havent made too much of a set back - I refuse to get on the scales just incase it upsets me - will wait until Friday weigh day
I had a bottle of wine on Saturday and a large beef stew dinner and yesterday I had chocolate cheesecake - it was lovely though
Anyway back to good eating plan today and gym tonight to work up a sweat
Eaten today:
B: Plain Porridge

Back from my workout. I did my full 60 minutes, but no running. Actually my cardio was light, my allergies are killing me.

Kris, they offer a bootcamp at my gym, but between lessons and work, there is no way I could do it. To get out of my comfort zone health wise, I think I will try a spinning class this week.

Ja, I hate monday weigh ins because I am always up, but it help keeps me in control on my weekends off. I weigh myself daily though so I see the lows.

Ya, my babysitting adventure wouldn't be so scary for me if I wasnt having to pick up/drop off. DH's grandma is going to take Makenna to school for me and my dad will pick her up and bring her home. The kids go to school in different towns. I will have them from 7am till 6 pm (then I have to rush the kids to swim lessons)

Ugg gotta run.

Duh, I'm a little slow. I posted in an old thread and was wondering why no one was posting after me.

Last week I was down two pounds, so only 3 pounds for my October 31st goal. Hope everyone is staying on track and good luck to everyone.

Morning everyone.

One, you will get to a good schedule. it just takes time.

Mindy, UGG I know how you feel, but as long as we keep at it we should see results one day.

Lisa! Hi!

So The scale wasn't my friend today. It bounced up to 144 for some reason. I know I only did a light workout yesterday but still, 144? I will be extra extra careful with my food today.

W 100 oz
E abs and weights. I doubt I will in any cardio.
E 1200 clean calories focus on fruits and veggies.
D Oh wrestle with tornados.

My babysitting job got a bit easier though. my dad is going to pick the girls up from school (Makenna included). I am so thankful to him for that.

Hi girls, still have work to do, but i'm still maintaining that 2 lb loss. My body's hurtin...probably from new shoes and lack of exercise. I'm gonna work on that this week though...i've been in a big slump with everything. I don't even want to go to work *sighs* but I go anyway. Gotta get some exercise in this week....not sure what yet but something

Geez, Nix, that's a good one for the week. For me to push out of my comfort zone would be to stop eating at dinner when I feel satisfied and to not overindulge on the sweets.

So, I'm overeating all over the place and snacking at night. No real reason other than being mindless. I'm still going to class and trying to fit in C25K- I'm ready to start week 5. I just can't get into the habit of getting up earlier in the morning. I set the alarm earlier and still stay in bed. Maybe it's time to move that alarm out of reach!

Well just as expected, TOM arrived today. Explains the little gain. I am just hoping that I come out on the other side a little lower.

Good morning everyone. I woke up with congestion and nasty headache, not happy about that.

Babysitting went really well. Since my dad was acting as a driver, I only had to do one pick up and drop off. My nephew (the 4 yo) is such a lover, he did not want to go home last night. He is learning delayed so he is just starting to talk and he said my name for the first time The tornado (aka Holden the 3 yo) was a bit of a handful but otherwise he was ok. It wasn't until I had all 7 kids here that there were any real issues. My mom and sister were late so I missed swim lessons (but the kids didn't). All in all I think the day went okay.

I am going to run today, but depending on my congestion I wont do it for 30 minutes, maybe I will do 1.5 miles.

W 64 oz
E 60 minutes of some sort
E 1200 clean cals stay away from the bread!
D after workout I need to rest to get better.
