So glad to get to start over. I hated seeing my first week of September over and over! LOL So, here's the good stuff...
My October Goals:
1. 1800 minutes
2. Running 5X/wk (follow new 5K training program)
3. ST 2X/wk (continue and expand current program)
I MAY add one more element, but I'm going to wait and see what works for me. My first idea was foiled (as mentioned in the Sept. Weight Loss thread), and I didn't have a back-up. It may take me a few days to find an acceptable alternative.
