I'm with ya mothermavis- if I don't see 14_ anything on the scale soon-i might just kill someone!!!
side note-why is it that every time i weigh in the day after
a run-i gain? Not a big one, just enough to not
be a loss...I know i need to keep at it, and sooner or later I will start to see a loss...i already drink a bunch of water..maybe more-and more consistantly
is the answer?
