Update from me again! Ok so I've still been a piggy lately and a complete couch potatoe because of my toe but it feels good enough that I'm going back to the gym tomorrow after work yay! They added a couple of new yoga classes and an extra spinning class so I'm excited to get back into it again. It's also great that even though I still can't run I feel safe doing spinning, walking, yoga, and weights for now. TTYL!
First goal- 202 no longer obese!
Second goal- 199 welcome to ONEderland!
Third goal- 168 no longer overweight!
Final goal- somewhere between 140-150 TIME TO PARTY!!!

JCat- I usually have probs with sleep just before TOM. Drives me crazy. I am a sleep diva!
I did C25K W4 D2 outdoors this a.m. It was a lot harder than on the tread and I felt like I was going a lot slower. Went to kickboxing tonight. Hopefully, all that going will off set all the bad eating this weekend!
