Had a work get together tonight. Nibbled on pretzels and other stuff. Hopefully it wasn't too bad. I came home and kickboxed with Jillian for half hour. Tomorrow is weigh-in, but I am not expecting much.

Good Morning everyone. Well, its friday for everyone else, Monday for me. I have a long week in store for me. I am truly not looking forward to it.

so, today i hit the 30lb. loss mark. so exciting! down to 171.

hope everyone else has a great weigh-in too

my mom is going to have my daughter all weekend. so relieved! now; what to do with all this free time?

Hola girls! I took today off so i could relax a bit. sorta LOL

I still need to get the car into the shop, and i need to hit IKEA. I'm currently making a big veggie soup....i need to get groceries too. Tomorrow my day is booked solid. I'm hoping that with all the running around i'll be doing later I can burn off a few calories. Since I have no games/skincare classes booked on sunday, I am going to cook. Lots and lots of healthy stuff. Plenty of soups. Stuff to pack and go. I'm gonna get some kind of workout in....even if it's just walking the "kids" because this extra fluff has to go.

I need water LOL I better to find a bottle somewhere lol

Also in preparation for holidays (i love fall and holidays) I would like to get snail mail addies so I can make up some pretty cards for my girls who supported me even when I wasn't here. This year has been rough in some spots....and I wanted to say thanx You don't have to post them here, just drop them off to me via Facebook or send me a pm

Ok here's some weed for today....puff puff give LOLOL

W: New system i've been reading on says half my body weight in oz. 110 oz water *sighs* I better get started
e: Whatever I can get in, it may be my Bean (which it should be everyday) and some interval training today. Plus some walking.l

Good weigh in today. TOM took #2 of what I gained last week. No exercise today. My goal for tomorrow is C25k Week 4 Day 2 and drink lots of water.

MTig- how was your weigh in?

Jen- Hope you have a great "Monday"

Water- can't wait to see the new signature

Holy- Love MK. How's the classes?

I was 180.2 today, down from 180.6 yesterday. However, last week I was 179.6 on Friday and a bit higher on Monday though. I'mgetting confused on which days I am postin weights. I think I post Monday's weight cause that is when a new thread starts. Yeah, that's it.

Jeni- Sorry about the long weekend. I'll enjoy it for you, okay???

Lili- Tickers are fun......when you get to move them.

Onestar- Congrats on the 30 pounds.

Holy- Always the busy little beaver you are.

Grazer- Hang in there with that c25k. All the running I've done this summer has been good for my booty.

Quickie post~~I'm so tired. OK Suprise to me TOM came early. Im glad its on my week on but I hate it when it starts early. I knew something was up though, I expected to be hungry all this week, but I wasn't. Hmmm anyway gotta jump in the shower personals in the morning

Morning ladies. I know I promised personals but I dont think I am going to get to them. I didn't sleep very well again last night, I am so tired. I am going to nurse my coffee and debate staying home.

Well I weighed in yesterday and no gain - no loss. I really did not do very well this week so I should be grateful. No word on job so I can only assume I didn't get it and will receive a letter via mail.
Congrats one on 30 lb loss --- Excellent!

jca - hope you feel better and get some sleep soon.

grazer - congrats to you also on weight loss. - i haven't been able to figure out the signature thing. Will try again later.

i messed up last night. i had drinks and pizza. at like midnight. anyways, i dont feel horrible about it (not worth it) but i just have to be extra careful today not to go over my points.

BUT, i just 2 1/2 hrs. cutting the grass so i feel better now. hopefully i sweated out all the toxins and stuff. and burned a lot of calories.

jcat- i know the feeling. ur body needs rest and i hope u get some.

lili- i know the feeling. they say they'll let u know either way... never happens. hope you (and I) get something soon.

headed to my brothers to relax. he's supposed to be bbq'ing so i'll stick to chicken.

So after three days of cool, rainy bliss, the Texas heat is back on full force. It was good while it lasted, I guess. I'm dealing with a super headache today, a sugary caffiene (sp?) withdrawal syptom (god, I can't even spell today!).

I was back to 179.6 today. It is the third time I've been here. I am just hoping that I can get lower this time. Sept. has been a tough month. I don't think I've lost much of anything.

Sept has been tough for me too Mindy. Still hanging out at 143/142.

I went for a 20 minute run after work. It hardly seems worth the effort to go to the gym for 20 minutes. But it felt good while I was doing it.

Rest of WEED has been good.
