My husband and I are sharing this computer for work, so I'm late updating today. I went up! I was crushed this morning when I weighed myself, but I see I have company. I'll follow everyone else's example and knuckle down for tomorrow.

Fressca - Did you exercise really hard yesterday? Maybe your muscles are retaining water from microtears (if you worked out differently than usual). Keep the faith...if you are OP, the scale will drop.

OK. I officially confused. It must be the early hour..I am down .6 from yesterday, but still up .2 from original weigh-in...which one do I go by? Really, I am not this dingy... I am re-starting a running program today (well, I did run monday which could totally account for the water weight gain yesterday..). I ran my first 5K on October 4th of last year (which is the date that I met my fiance. long but wonderful story). At that time I was running 3-4 times a week getting ready for the race. The last few months have been dismal to say the least. My endurance is wacked. I found this 10-week training thing on runnersworld.com yesterday. I am going to start with week 3 or 4 cause I can run for about 5-7 minuntes without stopping. Its just when I run for way too long, pushing myself, that I feel like I am going to die! lol...in some ways i feel like i am restarting. which is scary.

Big Sexy- congrats on the 1.5 drop!!! it feels so good doesn't it?

Losing 4 another- TOM sucks! I'v got 2 weeks til mine comes. UGH!!!

Hang in there and be tough. You can do it. The drop in number is just around the corner I can feel it.

MOtherMavis- that little up tick happened to me the other day. I chalked it up to god challenging me to stay focused. And then today a reward.

Plainsgirl- You can do it!!!

Way to go Econ NerD!!!!!

I am going to see my mom today for the first time in 2 weeks. can't wait to show off my progress. I hope that I will be inspirational to both her and my dad. But one can only hope. Off to start the day.

Bigsexy- OMG this happens to be one of my worst Toms I've had in a long time. Hope I'm awarded extra for all the trouble 3.5 pounds already...Your on a roll

Lori- Your are a true sweetie hun I wish I could give you a real hug..Loving the new pic Did you steal that outfit from your daughter? Look at you getting so tiny...I see your getting comfy in those 170's. It always makes me feel better when I'm a pound under the new decade.

I'm still not going any where near that scale. I'm so crampy and crabby ...Poor Dh! I don't even like looking at that scale in the corner of my bathroom today. You all know that says a lot for me since me and my scale have a tight relationship I think I would break into little pieces if it showed a gain today.
