Good morning to everyone. This weekend could have been better eating and exercising but it wasn't too bad. I have been having alot of foot and knee, & hip pain due to the increase in activity so I'm going to cut it back a bit (but not cut it out). I think I am going to have to cut calories to make up the loss of exercise time. It may be time to start posting in WW online again.
