Good morning to everyone. This weekend could have been better eating and exercising but it wasn't too bad. I have been having alot of foot and knee, & hip pain due to the increase in activity so I'm going to cut it back a bit (but not cut it out). I think I am going to have to cut calories to make up the loss of exercise time. It may be time to start posting in WW online again.

Hi Ladies,

Haven't been able to post for awhile, hope everyone is doing well and I wish you all well in your weight loss journey.

I am very proud of myself this week. After several weeks of no losses and even some gains, I decided to get back on program. I worked out 6 of the last 7 days and really watched what I ate and 3 pounds down this morning! Yea!!

Sending everyone motivation and encouragement.
