I'm always up on Mondays too (but I don't behave as I should on Sundays...)

I should lose this fairly quickly as it is mostly salt and some overeating yesterday. I've already got 50+ ounces of water in today and had a good workout this morning.

BlueIsis-I love watching Biggest Loser! I also find it inspiring and although there's a lot of product placement, I don't think it's a cheesy show. I know those people are trying to change their lives, just like I am!
