Tummy Girl, I notice you do the P90X, I've heard great things about it and have been curious about it but since I live on the second story of an apartment I'm afraid to get it in case it has me jumping around and making to much noise for the downstairs neighbors.
Does it have a lot of jumping or pounding motions in it that would be noisy for people living below me?
