No big change here. I had a salty snack last night and I know better than to expect a loss after that. Still, today is POP and tomorrow I hope to show a loss again. I'm so close to my monthly goal!

Ive been working out like crazy trying to make it to 230 buy the end of the month. for the first two weeks that I got back into my fitness and diet I hadnt had any change but for the last two weeks those lbs have been falling off....

I worked so hard this week and at least I'm down a touch on the scale, but I want to see 226 again...that's the lowest I've seen so far and that was a couple weeks ago. I've worked so hard this week and counted every calorie...and of course kept up my workouts.

Weekends tend to be tough on a lot of us...I know I have a more difficult time on weekend. Let's all stay strong and healthy this weekend! We'll see those numbers getting lower!
