I worked so hard this week and at least I'm down a touch on the scale, but I want to see 226 again...that's the lowest I've seen so far and that was a couple weeks ago. I've worked so hard this week and counted every calorie...and of course kept up my workouts.
Weekends tend to be tough on a lot of us...I know I have a more difficult time on weekend. Let's all stay strong and healthy this weekend! We'll see those numbers getting lower!
