I'm wrapping this up at night so I'll all set to go in the morning. So I'm calling "today" "yesterday" because it will be so in a little bit.

Yesterday's goals --
Cardio at gym - went late and only got in 15 minutes, but I did jog (vs walk) nearly the whole time.
Stay under calorie goal ... check!
Water exercise class ... check!
Eat only vegetables after class ... I didn't get a chance to eat BEFORE class so I had to eat after, so that's okay. I just think I lose better the earlier I quit in the evening.
Read my list of positive goal-setting at least 2x today ... check!

Today's goals --
Weight lifting at gym with trainer
Stay under calorie goal
Read my list of positives at least 2x today

Hi All,

Last night was a minor win for my team!!! Went out to dinner with new friends - ate healthy. But indulged in 2 things off plan. Did not go overboard tho!!! And that is a big deal.

Sorry I am not writing personals here. Will do that when I get home.

Yesterday
Drink more than 48 oz
Eat OP
Do not eat after 9pm

Today
Drink more than 48 oz
Eat OP
Do not eat after 9pm

Have a healthy day!

Boy, I need this challenge today in a big way. I have gotten off track again. Why can't I get there and stay there?

Today's Goals

35 points or less
48 oz water
1 fruit, 2 veges
exercise
Bed by 12:30 p.m.
Which means stop eating by 10:30 p.m.

Everyone of these is doable for me. I need to write my goals and post them where I can see them. Then I need to come back here and be accountable tonight.

Hi, Ash & CJ!

I've been slipping off plan just a tiny bit each day. Blech. So my goal for today is to stay COMPLETELY on plan.

Wow CJZee you get to Check a lot of things everyday! That's awesome

I also made my goal from yesterday whoo hoo! Today's & the weekend's goals are to get in my workouts. I've been slacking a little this week on those so I need to get my arse moving again.

HaHa Liz. I got to say "no" to a lot of things yesterday! But, other than the cardio which I should have gotten in earlier in the day, this day was still fine. Nothing horrible, just didn't quite make my mini-goals (but at least I aimed for them).

Yesterday's goals --
Cardio at gym ... umm, no. I waited until the last minute and didn't make it.
Stay under calorie goal ... umm, no (but all good food)
Read my list of positive goals at least 2x today ... check
Finish eating by 6 p.m. ... umm, no. It's 7:30 now, and I just finished. (At least I know I won't eat anything else tonight.)

Today's goals --
Cardio at gym FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!
Eat 5 small meals, all with a protein component
Last meal finish by 6:30 p.m.
Read my list of positive goals at least 2x

Saturday's goals --
Cardio at gym FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! check ... although I did it a little later in the day but still got it done.
Eat 5 small meals, all with a protein component ... almost. Did 4 meals. Tom Venuto in Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, says 5 meals with protein is a huge help in fat loss so I thought I would try it.
Last meal finish by 6:30 p.m. ... check
Read my list of positive goals at least 2x ... check

Sunday's goals --
Eat 5 small meals, all with a protein component
Stay under calorie goal
Last meal finish by 6:30 p.m.
Read my list of positive goals at least 2x

Sunday's goals revisited --
Eat 5 small meals, all with a protein component ... did 4 small meals. I am having a heck of a time eating 5 small meals. I eat when I get up ... 6:30 a.m. I eat again about 9:30 or 10 a.m. These two meals are fine (who knew I was this hungry in the morning?) Then again about 1:30 p.m. Then at 6 p.m. to get it done by 6:30. And I don't want to eat too many calories in the day, either. This is supposed to help boost metabolism, which I sorely need.

Stay under calorie goal ... check!
Last meal finish by 6:30 p.m. ... check!
Read my list of positive goals at least 2x ... check!

Monday's goals --
Weight training at gym
Cardio afterward if feeling strong
4 small meals with protein at each one
Dinner finished by 5:30 p.m.
Water exercise class
Nothing after dinner except vegetables
Read my list of positive goals 2x
