I failed in yesterdays task. I ate some ginger biscuits, could have been worse though, I avoided the chocolate digestives.
Today I'm trying to stick to my red day food optimising, which means free food of meat, poultry, fish, veggies and fruit, healthy extras of smaller portions of calcium rich foods, cheese, milk. and fibre rich foods bran flakes wholemeal bread. My syn's today are going to be (or have been) potato, gravy.

Well, stuck with it again (not eating after 9:30), but today after not weighing in for 2 days, the scale was only down less than a pound. Stooooooooopid scale! I know a pound in 2 days is good, it is just that I was already at this weight earlier in the week before the scale went up a pound, lol.
Oh well....I guess on the positive side, it didn't go up anymore!
So today my goal is to not eat after 8:30, which is another hour sooner than the past two nights, so hopefully I can do it!

Yesterday's goals --
Do not eat after 5:30 p.m. - check! (This is not nearly as hard as I imagined.)
Stay under calorie goal. - check! (I am very happy that setting my daily goals is really helping me.)
Today's goals --
Cardio at gym.
Stay under calorie goal.
Eat dinner by 6 p.m.

Stuck with not eating past 8:30 last night! I know this is going to be really hard for me, but today the scale was down 1.5 pounds, so that is motivation to stick with it again tonight!

Yesterday's goals --
Cardio at gym ... check! I did well, jogged longer than normal.
Stay under calorie goal ... went over by 75 calories, but all on-plan food.
Eat dinner by 6 p.m. ... started eating about 6 p.m.
I am down a pound or a little more it looks like!
Today's goals --
Weightlifting at gym with trainer
Stay under calorie goal
Water exercise class
Eat only vegetables after class

Well, scale up a little this morning, but going to try this whole not eating after 8:30 thing again for a few days and see what happens! The cravings at night do seem to be getting a little less now that I have done this for a few days....

Eat only vegetables after class... check!Actually, this was a great goal because the class starts at 5:45 and ends at 7 p.m. When I got home, I knew I could only eat vegetables, and honestly I wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat anything. If I had not made this goal, I would have eaten an entire meal.

Eat only vegetables after class
Read my list of positives at least 2x today

The scale is down a little. WooHoo. Going to keep doing these goals. Going out to eat late so will have to really be careful with what I eat and maybe have a snack before and a salad there. It's italian.

Well, I ate some rice and veggies at 9 last night....but it wasn't because of cravings so much as I realized I was way below calories and needed to eat something else. Then I felt bad about eating late, so I went and worked out afterwards lol. The scale was down almost 2 pounds today though, so apparently I didn't do too much damage. Considering I used to to eat at like 11 at night, 9 is a big improvement!
My goal today is to not eat after 8:30, and to also do more strength training, etc on the Wii instead of getting sidetracked by the balance games like yesterday!

Hi, everyone. I struggle with eating late, too. My goal for today is not to eat after 11 p.m. Believe me it's way later some nights. And Wednedays are a hard day for me, so 11 p.m. will be my goal for today.
And 40 points maximum.
