Yesterday was good --
Cardio at gym - check!
Early dinner and no after dinner snack - check!
Only protein and veggies - almost! (Had 1 oz nuts and 50 cal. of raisins.)

Just for today --
Weight training at gym
No more than 1500 calories

Just for today... I want to do some stretches!! I have been walking and working out and am soooooooo stiff, but I can't seem to manage to carve out even 15 minutes to really stretch. And I would feel so much better. So that is the goal for today.

My goal is to not eat after 9:30 tonight! I always crave something late and have a snack, but I keep hearing how bad that is.....so not tonight!!!!

I went to lunch with friends and had salad and 6 chips. Ok - not perfect tho.

Goals for today:
1. Go to the gym after work even though its Friday.
2. Make a salmon salad for dinner even thought we are driving out of town for the weekend. I WILL NOT eat at a restaurant even if we are on the road.

It is fun to read this thread and read everyone's plans and how they did.

I have gotten off track big time. So my goals for today

40 points or less
32 oz water
exercise
No eating after 10:30 p.m.
Go to bed by 12:30 p.m.

No more than 1500 calories - hmmmm, maybe! I didn't weight the pork chops I had so I may have gone over a bit. Get out the food scale, girl!

Yay I stuck with my goal of not eating late last night, and I know the main reason was because of this thread!
It was 9:11 last night and I looked at the clock, and thought--I better eat my popcorn now, I have less than 20 minutes left! Then I got sidetrakced and next time I got hungry I looked at the clock and was after 10. Normally I would have went and popped up a bag, but I thought of my post, and I didn't.
So thankyou ladies!
I am having the same goal today --no eating after 9:30!
I know for me, eating late is one of my greatest downfalls when dieting. I don't seem to have a problem sticking to my calories, drinking enough water and exercising, but I eat light bfasts and heavy dinners and snack late, which I know are no nos!

Yesterday I didn't do well; The dd made brownies - there is reason that stuff is not in the house. I did not eat half the pan though so that is good!

Drink 84 oz water
Eat 30 gm fiber
Do not eat after 8pm
