Hi Ladies
My goals are
keep going to the gym, 5 times a week and to sweat!
Drink 8 glasses of water and tea combined.
Replace junk with fruit.
Loose 8 - 10 lbs a month.
Weigh myself weekly...
Hardest challenge: to take out my Weight Watchers materials and start writing what I eat and calculating. 30 points a day.

Hi ladies -- I accomplished my two goals yesterday. So.....just for today:
- No between meal snacks (unless I'm feeling lightheaded)
- Cardio at the gym
- Early dinner and no after-dinner snacks

Good Morning,
Yesterday was ok. They had chick-fil-a at orientation and then we went out to dinner. Did manage to talk the dh out of mexican. (he refused to bypass the chips this time) Ate more than I planned.
So today is another difficult day - another orientation with potluck.
My goals are to eat OP & drink more that 32 oz water.
JP: You are doing so great. Seems like you are "in the groove" now.

Thanks, Ash. Yesterday was a bust, but I'm back on today and in the groove describes it exactly. Feels great.
I think subscribing to my goals on stickk and not wanting the word failure next to my name helped get me there.

Okay so my goals for today:
Drink 8 glasses of water/tea (minus the sugar)
Interval Training class for 1 hour (sweat)
Fish & Veggies & Salad for dinner
Think skinny thoughts and see my progress in the little things.

Yesterday: ok but not great. Went to water exercise but not the gym and water exercise is more fun but not as strenuous. I did get lightheaded and ate a bit between meals but not too much so that was okay. Ate too many nuts, arghggh.
Just for today:
Cardio at gym.
Early dinner and no after dinner snack.
Only protein and veggies.

Not a good day yesterday! My sister came to visit and brought the kids donuts, and 2 gallons of ice cream. So I went off. I did drink more water but this morning I feel bloated. I stay up late at night and that's when I want to snack. I didn't make it to the gym. And didn't write my WW
Todays Goals:
Write my WW 30 points
Make a grocery list including lots of fruits
8 glasses of water/tea combined
Step class
No sweets
Chicken Salad for dinner
Be in bed by Midnight

A lot of us didn't have good days yesterday, Me included. That's what's great about a fresh new day. Blank Slate!
My goals today
30 oz water (already drank 20)
35 points maximum
exercise (already finished)
take vitamin (gotten out of habit)

I did C25K W1D2
I stayed on plan
I drank more than 75 oz of water
and I started my journal.
Now to keep it up and stay on course for today!
