Week 1: 151
Week 2: 148
Week 3: 149
Week 4: 150
Week 5: 146!

I am very happy that my mid cycle gain is gone. I'm sure it will go back up as soon as TOM arrives.

Workday WEED again. ONE MORE LONG DAY!

Hi Gals! Glad to see you're still WEEDin'. I'm following but not posting. I'm stick struggling with the committment things and don't see the point of draggin' every one else down. I'm trying to get back into working out 3 days a week. I'm also trying to calorie count and journal- not doing well with that. Seems my "Stick-to-itness" is gone. Tired of gaining and losing the same weigh no matter what I do.

Now you see why I don't post? I'm too full of woe!

TOM is coming at end of week. I don't expect much change until that is done. Then I would really like to see a 3 or 4 pound whoosh. PLEASE????

I have been working out pretty hard, including a 5.4 mile walk the other day. Hope to at least maintain until after TOM.

Grazer- Glad you stopped in. Don't lose faith. And please don't ever feel like you are dragging anyone down. We love you.

Morning babes. I feel awful!!! Our pitiful little group has dwindled down to about four or five of us and you all know how little I post!!! I'd like to call for everyone to say HEY too! And I agree with Mindy, Grazer---you belong with us!!! It doesn't matter if you feel motivated or not, we love being around you!

Jeni baby! I hope work is going better for you. I hear ya about down time and LOOONG days when work is slow. Busy does make the time go faster. How are the kids? Getting Maki ready for school? (Kindergarten? first grade?? I can't remember!) Baseball and Tball are over this week for my kids, which is a bit of a relief considering my schedule is getting more hectic (details later) and the kids' bowling starts either the end of this month or the begining of next and Rachel wants to do soccer too (Robert said he wasn't interested this season). I think of getting the kids swim lessons every time you mention your little fishies but haven't done it yet. Maybe this winter?

Mindy baby! Sorry to hear you have to move your classroom again this year, but what grade will you be teaching this year? I remember you didn't care for the 5th graders so I hope you get your little ones back! I bet you can't WAIT to see everyone's reactions to the "new you" when you go back. You're gonna turn some heads baby. Have you posted pics before? I can't remember. You are really hitting some distances too!! over 5 miles? WOW! I walk my trail and back and figure it's about 3 miles, which is good for me, I think I could go a liiiiiittle bit more but I bet not that much.

Grazer baby!!!! I already said so above, but you better not consider leaving us. You don't bring me down. In fact, I can commiserate with YOU since these other two skinny witches are leaving us in their dust. (LOL TEASING!) I get burned out too when I try to journal or log food diary, it overwhelms me. But I can see where being exact and counting calories helps. Duh. Baby steps, okay? And I'll do baby steps too.

Jaya baby! I saw you pop in last week! Sorry I missed you, but I KNOW you're reading this. You too, KRIS BABY! Hope Havasu is fun and you are WINNING $$$$$ at the casino.

I adore you all, busy day today but I hope to pop back in later, around 3 or so. xoxoxoo Michelle

Hi Michelle, glad to see you pop in! Summer craziness is upon us that is why its so slow around here. Mak will be in first grade this year, still no school for Tommy. We still have clothes and stuff to buy, she has gone through a huge growth spurt this summer. Tommy to for that matter Summer season for swim lessons is M-TH every week. Tommy has moved up to the big pool, Mak is still struggling for endurance. They also do Tae kwon do every sunday.

Mindy, I'm sure you will see that WHOSH especially when you are doing 5 miles +! keep up the good work!

So this morning I was shocked when I got on the scale and saw 145! The weight has been comming off fast since I added interval training into my workout! It wont stay for long, TOM also showed up early I did 1.5 hours of cardio and will do some resistance bands/weights/abs in a little bit.

So here is a bit of TMI. Since I started interval training I am sweating alot around my thighs. When I leave the gym I look like I peed my pants. I hope that means I am going to start losing in my thighs!

Gotta Run, Mak needs breakfast!

W 80 oz
E 1.5cardio done/ strength and abs to come
E 1200 planned calories!
D housework EWW.

Today has not been a very good day here. We have a 13 yr. old Australian Sheperd that has been declining lately. He would'nt eat yesterday and he cannot stand up anymore. We have to pck him up and help him get his balance before he can move. Then he can take a few steps and falls. I am having a hard time dealing with the reality of what we probably have to face. He is eating today, but really can't get around. I wish this were easier.

I didn't work out today, except for the tear ducts. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Jeni- Wouldn't it be nice to lose where we sweat. My butt gets sweaty. Good job on that number.

Michelle- I love it when you post. You cover everything. You may not get here as often, but you're thorough. I am moving down to 4th grade. Not much lower, but every little bit helps. Since school let out in June I have lost almost 10 pounds. I am hoping to add a few more to that here in Aug.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday wasn't as bad as I expected (once I threw a hissy fit and told my supervisor we were filing 6 grievances!) I did a job that isn't normally mine so the day went by fast. I just hope today goes just as fast Oh and one of the corporate guys had to observe me. I didn't like that!

YAWN! Ok time for me to get coffee in me!

Workday weed for me!

After going to the ver today we decided on no more tests or special foods. We are just going to let him be for a while and see how it goes. If things don't get any bettere, or they get worse, we will probably take that final step in a few weeks. It is a really tough decision to make. Hard to know when the time has come.

On top of that I am fat as heck today. TOM is coming and I am up to 185.2. Life has gotten hectic and I don't like it. I just feel depressed with life at the moment. Hope I snap out of it soon.

Jeni- Glad thing went okay for you at work

MM- Good luck with your dog too. It is one tough thing to go through.

Nix- Guess we'll be fat together.

Morning all!

Mindy, it is hard, but you will know.

I am trying to deal with getting YS ready for college. Can't believe in less than 3 weeks my house will be empty. Excited for them but sad for me, if that makes sense.

Trying to focus on getting thru my July goals so I can be close to my August by the end of August! Sucking lately...

Default Hot Stuff

We'll girls... its been an exciting couple of days. I am not bailing on the group, but my world has been action packed.

I have been stressing out dropping job applications. Had to get in the middle of dispute between the boob who built our trailer and my over reactive boyfriend who cancelled the check for work done which resulted into the trailer guy threatening to report the trailer (we bought with cash) as stolen as he head not done is job and registered the trailer with the DMV. So... on my way to play referee and get both over sensitive grown men to come to an agreement, I got a speeding ticket. Made the highway patrol guy follow me to the trailer man's place. He new I meant business when I showed up with a uniform. (go ahead creep, try to report it stolen).
Moral of story - $70 dispute is not worth having to live with girlfriend who now has to go to traffic school and pay $350 for the freakin citation.

THAT WAS JUST WEDNESDAY!

Yesterday I had a meeting out of town. A coworker called when I was 15 minutes from home and said there was a fire near my house. I have 3 acres of hillside covered in weeds By the time I got home I had 15 minutes to evacuate. With an excited dog, a pissed off cat, a firefighter and neighbor helping me to stuff my car... I drove away from my house and spent the next 3 hours watching my entire property burn all the way around my house. My place was on the news. California Fire are my heros. My house and barn were unscathed even though flames were 20 foot high all around. The wind wasn't cooperating. It was scary as heck. BUT... I had just (3weeks ago) paid about $1000 to have a friend and his workers clear the majority of my property. Thats the ONLY reason that CalFire decided to park 4 trucks around my house and stand thier ground. They stayed all night. They are amazing. Simply amazing. So... I got back in my house last night, slept in my own bed, and slept sounder than I have in months!!!!

Whew... I wasn't planning on typing the whole ordeal... but I'm here thanks to the brave men AND WOMEN!! who took care of my world. God bless them!

I have an ash covered house to clean. But I'll be back later to catch up on your worlds..... MISS YA!
