Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.
I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.
Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.
This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) Newbies to this thread always welcome!
Good morning JP,
Always glad to see you on here. Congrats on your successes yesterday!
Today:
Drink water - more than 48 OZ
Stay OP
Don't overeat.
Eat fruits and veggies mostly today.
No cereal or crackers.
Decide about the c*ke before guests arrive.
So I am going out tonight with our company to a vegetarian restaurant. Not too bad....but it is known for vegan chocolate c*ke. I Love it. I am going to have to decide if it's a no on the c*ke or split a piece at the table. I am 17 days out with no dessert. Hmmmm.
Peggy, why do you write down goals unless you are really going to try to reach them?
Today's goal is to spend some time thinking about what I really want and how I'm going to get there. I may ditch WW and try to eat "normal" and see how I do.
So basically today my goals are
Drink drink drink water, instead of reaching for a specific target today, going to see how much I can drink "normally".
Eat 3 meals. (never a problem, lol)
Write it all down that I eat.
Limit snacking especially after 8 p.m.
I'm going to try to retrain my habits. I feel good about these goals and am considering today my restart day. (again! lol)
Too many days not doing what I said I would do - doesn't help me. For some reason tho this thread allows me to change my daily goals without too much guilt. And I can still see I am on track. I think it is very powerful. I think we are very powerful. So thank you much!

Reason: grammer.
I posted somewhere last night. I wonder where? Anyway, I did make my goals yesterday. Under 2000 and lots of vegetables. I actually really like vegetables. They just usually take a while to prepare so they are easy to skip.
InthMidst-Congrats for a good day yesterday and for 17 days without dessert. In your place, I would consider the sharing option but then right back to the avoidance protocol. I have stayed away from most desserts lately. Definitely the less I have, the less I crave them. But life without chocolate cake sounds pretty grim. One word of advice-Don't bring any home!!!!
JP-Congrats on your new plan. I find breaking down my goals into fairly specific and attainable steps helps keep my spirits up when I am working on changing stubborn habits. You go girl!
Well I am taking a bold new step today. I am going for 1900 calories today. I have already had breakfast and packed my lunch so with those calories in mind it should be very doable.
I think my goal should be to get in my Callanetics DVD workout today. I'm not going to have the opportunity until 8pm so hopefully I won't be too worn out (lame excuse - worn out is code for lazy).
Day is done Didn't make that 1900 limit. I hate to admit this but we went for mexican tonight!!!!!! It was my daughter's idea. I had the chicken soup which probably would have been okay but I also had some chips. Phooey on me. Tomorrow is another day.
