  • JUST about made my goal, literally - I just finished my last work out of the month, lol - short by 20 min, BUT we had family here for a week this month, and I got a ton of MAJOR house cleaning and painting done. So I didn't do too bad I guess.

  • Well, I made it to about 800 mins of exercise this month...I'm proud that I made it about 3/4 of the way there! Now I've gotta get myself to my goal in September!

    I felt bad when I came in and saw those sad faces! oh! You did so great, hold your head up high and be proud. DO you print out your shedules for your records? I havn't done it lately but I used to and it so much fun. You can print out your schedule at the end of the month and put it in a folder and that way see your minutes month after month, etc.

    Girls.......honestly, I think you all deserve red. Many of you came so close and yet others stuck with it and exercised and that's a goal for all. Thinking of ways to revise the system a bit (I wanted to give a minutes and yay in red) but backtracked to several pages and it was too difficult to add the minutes, math, etc. Food for thought, we can talk about it some more in our new thread and see what to do.....or how to do it. Congrats again chicks see you in our new thread.
