The eating 4-5 small meals seems to be helping me shed the weight. Next week will be great too! If I say it, it will happen . Mini-goal in red for each week to keep myself on track, actual weight in green.
Weigh in Dates: Goal for this date (red) Current Weight (green) Started this challenge at 247 lbs. on August 9, 2009
Alright, time to weigh in! I'm going to have to revise my original goal of 50 lbs to 40. I think it'll be much more attainable. Anything above that's gravy!

No weight loss this week but yesterday I did a ton of grocery shopping and brought all healthy foods. Fruits, veggies, fat free, low fat, wheat and whole grains.
I'm starting to wonder today (9-25-2009) if 50 pounds by christmas is just a bit overshooting, over my head, and is it realistic?

Reason: add weight loss
This is probably posted in the wrong section but can someone help me out? How do I go back and post next week's weight loss in the same box? Do I copy and paste again? Is there an easier way to do this? And how do I get the ticker scale to show up on every post that I write, do I have to copy and paste it each time?

ernurse I copy and paste my dated weigh-ins from my last post everytime I post a new one....I don't know of any other way to do that, but if there is a way I'd like to know too.
As for the ticker scale, all you have to is go to the User CP page and on the left hand side there's an edit signature link. Copy and paste the link to your ticker in that box and save it. Then it will automatically show up every time you comment somewhere. Much easier!
Thank you bigsexy for taking the time out to teach me, I suppose if I scrolled down on that screen it would eventually click in my mind,,,,,,nah, hehe. here it goes
enurse--you can edit your original post if you want by clicking on the little edit box on the lower right hand corner of your post. That way you can edit when you weigh in every week or whatever.
No change -- or an increase? It's fiddling between 112-113.. I think it's an increase. My food consumption's been kinda..bad this week
8/23 - Start! 115 kg - 253,5 lbs
8/30 - 112 kg - 246,91 lbs
9/6 - 112 kg or 113 kg - I'll say 248 lbs, just not to cheat
