Hi, Tracy, I was starting a daily challenge last week called Just For Today. I decided I'd jump in here with you.
My Goals for this week
1 Fruit and 1 Vegetable Minimum Daily
36 points (Will bank them, if I don't use them all.)
Exercise 5 days
32 ounces of water

Lose at Least 1 pound: Weigh In on Sundays

1,300 cal. a day
Water:At least 50 oz
Exercise:30min a day
Location: Between where I came from and where I'm going

July 13th - July 17th
-Exercise atleast 30minutes per day for atleast 4 days
-Drink atleast 6 cups of water per day
-Get atleast 7 hours of sleep per night

Total 46 over by 10 points
But I did have 3 ap, so that cuts it down some
did 2 mile watp
also did some core exercises
26 oz water, not done yet
still need to eat a fruit
I will write in my 3fc blog before I go to bed.
1. Drink 64 ounces of water each day
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes each morning instead of sleeping in
3. Eat no bread....no bread...no bread...no bread. Okay
4. No Sweets. Sweets bad. Fruits are my arses friend.
