Hello 230s....I hate you! I was up after a weekend of too much. It's just crazy cause the "too much" I eat now is nothing like I used to eat....but I can gain 5 pounds in 2 days! I know it's not a "real" 5 pounds. I certainly didn't eat that many calories. Thankfully 2 of them came off last night. Summer is presenting more challenging situations for me. I need to bring my A game...cause I want this weight...OFF!!!!

It will come back off girl~your one of My hero's~A true inspiration~ I was worried about summer so badly Until I found the Ever so amazing
40 calorie Hot Dogs ...LOL~They have been a blessing during my hubby's cookouts for the family because he cooks everything so dang good On that old grill! It's Like Having fudge at Christmas ! (yes he grills that darn good~And I am making myself hungry just thinking about it LOL!)
Anyways~You have lost my goal amount to lose already & more~So Be proud girl~You are kicking Butt On weight loss!
