Today I attempted the free step for the first time. I set it for 30 minutes, turned the sound off and turned on a tv show. I finished with 3164 steps. I like to believe that is pretty decent for my first time so I am proud of that
I've been keeping up with my workouts, even though this week has been tough and dealing with some pain issues.
I'm a bit discouraged because the scale doesn't seem to want to move, yet... I went in my closet and fit into some old pants that haven't been able to squeeze into for a LONG time, so somethings working. Just wish the scale would get a clue and catch up with it.

We all know better than to solely rely on the scale for confirmatin of our results...but we all do! I was in Onederland for one blessed day. Ugh! Mostly it's been my fault for not being careful with my diet and not keeping up on my workouts.But I keep plugging away. I'm back on track now and feeling pretty good.
