You guys seemed to be right. It may have been water retention! THANKS for the help!!

BTW, I'm going to be gone for a week and a half on vacation. Won't be able to weigh in.

I'm not sure If i'll be around on Monday so I'm just checking in now! I'm at 210 and starting to wonder if 40 lbs in 4 months is realistic?

I want to join in aswell. October 31st is awhile which is really inspiring. I can record the progress I make. I currently weigh 180lbs. My goal weight to loose by October 31st will be to weigh 149lbs (just to put me in the 140s!). With appropriete excerise and continued diet which im on. Which is vegetarian, whole foods (no white anything!).
SW: 180lbs.
GW: 149lbs.
-31lbs!!!!! in 3 n half monthes.

We don't really do anything to celebrate halloween, but any goal's a good goal! who knows, could be a good excuse for a party!

I'll aim for 20lbs - totally doable, and totally on plan.

I'm up about a lb this week

I stayed well within my points range, but I think my body is fighting me to stay in the 190's. This had happened before at this weight (I checked back to my old weight watchers records) and I'm not going to let myself get discouraged. My body is fighting to stay fat, but I'm fighting back
I will win, but it's gonna be a tough fight.
