I'm busy busy getting ready for my trip but I DID go to the gym this morning and walked/jogged 1.6 miles on the treadmill
. I will also be going to water exercise at 5:45 p.m. And ... even though Sunday is not on the challenge ... I did swim 50 minutes of laps yesterday.
I had a big omelet with one egg plus egg whites, roasted red peppers, garlic and mexican cheese this morning and a huge salad just now. I only have 300 calories left but I think that will be okay for tonight. I am trying not to eat so much at night.
I'm sure my steps will be okay based on what I've done in the past. So I think Day 1 is almost in the bag (in a good way
) !
• Eat up to 1550 calories per day.
• Minimum 5000 steps walked per day (tracked with my GoWear Fit)
• M-T-W gym exercise.
• M-T water exercise also.
