Glad to see everyone is getting ready for the challenge. I had a little better of a day today and got in 30 minutes of exercise. I had some house cleaning to do first so I'm just glad I did anything.
Mel~I have a plan!!!!!! I am going to the local sporting goods store tomorrow to get my new piece of equipment. I have a revamped eating plan. I am ready to loose 10 pounds in the month of May. If I need a drill sargent to kick my royal uummmm butt I totally expect you to do it! The month of April has been a night mare from beginning to end. I am ready for a new start, to get all of this behind me, and move on. I am going to start the walk plan on May 1. Pat
So the challenge starts today and I woke up with an ear ache. I have to take my son to the airport (during my workout time) but I am still planning on going after and getting to work late...I will flex my time. I am in my gym clothes and have a bag packed to change at the gym when I done.
Having said that, this is the first day in 3 weeks that I am feeling like I won't make it. AND I DON'T LIKE FEELING LIKE THAT!!!
Going to take advil now.
Just realized that the challenged starts tomorrow. I think the earache is affecting my brain. The advil is working so I should be good to go tomorrow. Tomorrows workout is a full body circuit training. That's the way to start the challenge, month and to end the week.

Reason: cause I'm an idiot.
Jacque, I believe the challenge starts tomorrow (May 1) so you can take today to get it together.
With Melissa's help, I've decided to do two-a-day workouts (45-minute Bally's classes with 45-minutes of cardio in the AM, and long walks with bootcamp DVDs in the PM)... Yay! I'm so excited to really get on it. My plan is to eat 1200 calories/day and drink 84-100 oz water/day.

I was sort of hoping no body would have already read my post. I just realized a few minutes ago and edited it. Look again at that post and at what I put as my reason for editing. Thanks for noticing.....at least I know some people are actually seeing what I am thinking/doing.
Okay, I pretty much have my boot camp plan and goals together and I decided on my motto. It comes from a quote I heard a long time ago, "80% of success is showing up." That always resonated with me because I am huge on doing for others and would never break a promise to someone else...but I never show up for myself and break my own promises all the danged time!
So, I am going with "JUST SHOW UP" for my boot campe motto. For example, showing up for every workout I schedule even if I don't want to do it, even if I am sick...it may not be the best one ever, but I have to at least show up, dang it!
