Please add me to the list. I joined last week and did well most of the week. I usually allow Sunday to be a day for treats and lately this has been getting out of control... So the weight I lost most of the week came back on Sunday
This week I'll do better
My starting weight on Monday morning was 255.6...
1) Break the "E" on my scale (no more error message)
2) 10% of weight lost
3) 20% of weight lost
5) Hit my high school weight 175 pounds
6) Final goal of 150! (this might be adjusted as I get closer)
