MONDAY

S 1 piece Dove Milk Chocolate Promises=44 calories
L 1/2 peanut better and jelly sandwich and 6oz skim milk=436
S 1 piece Dove Milk Chocolate Promises=44 calories
D Tuna Casserole=522
S Sugar Free Pudding=60

Total Calories=1460

TUESDAY
B Wheat English muffin, banana, butter, sugar free syrup 6oz milk=308
S 2 pieces of Dove Chocolate promises=88 calories
L LC Panini=340
S 1 piece of Dove Chocolate promise=44
D hotdogs, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese=622
S

Total Calories=1402


Wednesday
B 2 Wheat English muffin, banana, butter, sugar free syrup 6oz milk=370
S 2 pieces Dove chocolate=88
L LC panini=320

THURSDAY

As I am over being sick, I am ready to participate and get back to actually realizing and accepting everything I put in my mouth!!

THURSDAY 4-16

B - piece w/w toast with 2 T pbutter (310 cals), cup of tea w/splash milk
L - tuna, lowfat mayo, cut up veggies - 300 cals
S - cup of yogurt, 110 cals
D - 2 bowls homemade ham/bean soup, calorie count????
S - 1/2 c. yogurt, 1/2 cup cheerios - 110 cals.
unnecessary evening eating!! piece of toast w/ pb and jelly, 300 cals
