Better late than never, right?
I'm new to 3FC, having just made my first post to the Introductions Forum tonight, and I decided to follow it up by joining you all in this challenge.
I started a physician supervised weight loss program last Tuesday and I'm fully committed to staying "in the box." I've recorded my weight daily since then, so I will use my April 7 weight as my start weight in our Independence Day Challenge.
Here's to an awesome 4th of July for all of us!!
