my goal for april is to really push myself. ive been working out and not losing any weight which is frustrating. but in april im going to push harder, eat better, and not torture myself about it. Any weight loss will be good for me.
Since I am brand spankin' new here, this will be my first challange.
My goal is to have lost 35 pounds from my SW by April 25th, which is my son's first birthday.
When I first started my plan to eat healthier and be healthier, I told my husband that I would lost 30 pounds by my son's birthday and then after a few plateaus I decided that maybe I should set a more realistic goal. I've now lost 25.4 pounds and I think I may just make 35 pounds by his birthday if I may say so myself. I want to do this so bad.
So, After my 11 week weigh in tomorrow, I will give my actual weight loss goal for the month of April. Hope it's good.
Sorry for the long-winded-ness! I don't think I'll weigh any less but I guess we'll know tomorrow.

My goal is to lose 10lbs. That will work, I will make it work. That is around 2lbs a week, but..I have so much blubber to go around, it will come off and I'll be accountable.
Call me crazy, but my goal is to lose 15 lbs this week. I know I can do it. My 18th birthday is at the end of April, and I REALLY want to be below 300 by then. How awesome would that be? The last time I was under 300 I was 15.
Hi there -- I've lurked around this thread for a long, long time -- but never joined a challenge either. I think it's time I get serious -- SO -- I plan to lose 10 pounds during April. It will be GREAT to see the low 170's again!
I think I am finally in the right place again and want to lose 8 pounds in April. This number is highly ambitious for me. Although I exercise frequently, I have a real hard time controlling my calories consumed. I thought about lowering the goal but maybe an ambitious goal might just do the trick.
