I'm going to join in too.. I have had a bad week - I've been eating everything in sight and only went to the gym once last week. I'm gonna start fresh with my weigh-in first thing in the morning!

I didn't weigh today. Family is in town all week and we'll be traveling. It's going to be a challenging food week, but my brother and I are hitting the gym so exercise is good. We'll be spending the next 2 days walking around NYC.
