Set back by nature...Ainflo is in the building! So although I'm not up any pounds I'm approaching it. Bleh!

I don't feel well either, but I'm going to workout anyway.

SBD Sass- I hope you are feeling better soon, I have felt off kilter all day here too, just lightheaded and such, I dont know why either, might be the crazy hot then freezing weather we have been having

Well the scale is going back down in the right direction and there is a little over a week to go till the deadline, I am hoping by eating SUPER clean that I can get to the 152 mark, even if it is 152.8

OK so we decided to tie the knot in June and ummmm it's early April and I'm still working on my body. I have to get a dress and I'm scared because I may have problem fitting it if I'm still shrinking...not sure what to do about this issue.

What do I do? The dress I want costs thousands and I don't want to spend that if the dress has to keep getting taken in and in. Then I don't know if I can order a cheapy from David's and have someone at the last minute try to take the dress in and fit it to my body.

I'm nervous. Help!

Sass- first question- are you happy where your body is now?? and if so just maintain, and if not, just have that dress taken in one time about a week before the wedding that way you only have to do it once, make an appointment with the person who does it a week before though so that you will have it done in time though...you will be a beautiful bride and I am so thrilled for you


As of this morning, I HIT MY GOAL already!!!!!! I weighed in this morning after one day on phase on of South beach to see that the scale is right where I wanted it to be I will continue phase one today and see how it goes in the morning but if I can just stay where I am I will be SUPER thrilled as my Easter dress fits, and I bought it months ago as a goal dress and well I dont have to make a mad dash to the store to replace it this year Have a great day everyone and know that this is your year!!

OMG HATTIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOAL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew it was on its way. CONGRATULATIONS LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That South Beach is a miracle worker. Go SBD! So what now? Have any other goals? You're not leaving are ya??? I sure hope not!

And I am not happy with my body right now...not sure if I ever will. I am going to go with the cheapy dress and maybe for a renewal of vows sometime in the future I'll get the dress I really want. I have to order the dress soon and I know inches and pounds will still be coming off and muscle will come in as a replacement because I do strength train. Trying to get my wings under control. I'm finally down in a size 8 yay! My goal size was 10 so I'm estatic about that. I mean like how much can I shrink between now and June 7? hmmmmmmmmm You're right, I won't worry. I'll just go ahead and order it and deal with a seamstress a day before I leave. Ha!

Being away from home I couldn't weigh in for Easter but I came in at .5 lbs until goal on Friday the 10th. So 6.5 lbs lost wasn't too shabby!

I hit the candy harder than I intended... and it will be a few days until I get to see what the damage is. eek!!
