How is everyone? I hope you all had a nice weekend.

Well I've lost a pound so far. Though I've been on a plateau for about 2 weeks so it fluctuates between 188 to 189 LOL. I didn't manage to exercise Saturday but I did get some time on my bike on Sunday which was nice. Last night I went about 90 calories over my limit because of a blue bunny ice cream oops!

Anyway, hope you're all doing well! Let's work hard!

Love cadbury mini eggs and jelly beans. I love myself more though and am not going to sabotage myself and my journey because of some stupid candy. Can you tell I am trying to convince myself? LOL

I am in the same situation My favorite thing in the world is cadbury eggs. I saw them at the store yesterday and just thought how good they would taste. I think as long as I do not put them in the kids baskets I will be able to resist. I think protein bars in a basket is a good idea and maybe some fruit for color? or in the opposite do something like lotions, bath soaps ect...all might be good ideas

Well I'm still at 186 this week. I have amped up my exercising so hopefully I will see a drop next week.
Easter baskets!! I don't even want to talk about those things. I think the protein bars and fruit idea sounds good to me!!
I hope everyone is having a good week!!

Of course Christian!!!

I hurt my shoulder muscle and neck muscle. Must have been those darn weights! I haven't been able to post much and no exercise now for 6 days!

It feels so weird to not exercise. I have to wait until these muscles settle down a bit. I am on muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory drugs. Even the treadmill will cause too much pain right now. I went back to work today and I am feeling it now. Can't stay here very long but I wanted to say hi. HI!

Keep going little energizer bunnies!

Almost forgot...I lost 4 lbs even though I haven't been exercising! I didn't eat that much either and I hope it doesn't come back.

Hi everyone.

Krock614: Way to go on the exercise! I'm sure you'll see a loss very soon!

Welcome Christian!

Congrats Hattie! 4 lbs lost already? Awesome!

Well today I've hit 186. I have a feeling I might just make my goal by Easter as long as I stay out of the candy hehe.

Keep up the great work!

Hey everyone! I was down another .2 lbs this morning, even though I had Dominos pizza last night!! I was so shocked. I've lost 1.8 lbs since Monday. I think this is the most I've lost in one week since my first week! Now I just need to make sure I stay away from those Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs (they're my favorite). My grandma still makes a basket for me each year and usually puts 2 PACKS of those things along with tons of other candy. I'm gonna tell her to get me either a fruit basket this year, or a basket full of 100 calorie snack packs. I just hope she listens.
Keep up the great work everyone, Happy Losing

Hi everyone!

Weighed in this morning and I'm the same as last time but hey, that's better than gaining! My exercise time has been a little sporadic due to a busy schedule but I'm definitely trying. Have been staying on plan otherwise. I even said NO to a brownie that was calling my name last night.

Hope you're all doing well! And theresia, good for you for getting back on track. Falling off the wagon is always frustrating, but getting right back to it is what counts.

No worries Christian! You still have time, the challenge isn't over yet!

Well today I'm up 3 lbs. due to TOM. I'm not stressing over it because I know it's just water weight and will be gone in a few days. I'm just having a hard time resisting the chocolate cravings but so far, victory is mine!

Have a great day everybody!
