Lori - where in Ohio are you? DH grew up north of Columbus and we lived there for 4 years after we got married. We've been in PA for 11 years.

I live in south west ohio In Adams county.
(its about 1 and 1/2 from columbus area.)

I decided not to weigh today (and not just because I ate Girl Scout cookies last night
) I am hoping a couple days of clean living without the scale to frustrate me might help get me moving again. I'll let ya know how it goes!
