Doing a weigh in!
Ok ladies! I am pleased to say that the no-carbs for 3 days has SERIOUSLY kicked my body into fat burn mode! I did not expect to weigh in today and have the scale tell me 165!!!!
Tomorrrow I will eat carbs! YAY! Just have to watch the amount I consume. So now I am going to do a LOW-Carb/Calorie cycling and at least 2 hours of excersize for 6 days a week, with 1 free day to eat whatever in moderation. We only have a week left. I think I will be super close to my 162 goal!
CJZee ~ AWESOME! You go girl! I read your post and was like... HOLY SHIMOLLY! Happy to see someone meet/exceed their goal, while doing a similar eating plan.
