Barb- OMG You are soo close. That .6 seems to be dragging it's feet just to make you wait.

Lori- Way to go ...40 pounds gone is awesome. Can't wait to get to those big milestones. I'm still working on getting to 20 lbs gone.

SW 242.4
CW 242.8
GW 237.4

For some reason my body does not want to let go of the 240's. I go down then go back up. What the heck?

Wrong way, wrong way! Like Lizzieg, I ate pizza last night (3 slices of a small thin crust veggie), so this is probably due to sodium since the rest of the weekend was pretty ok. I liked seeing that 161 on the scale, tho - I want it back! POP this week (has anyone else realized that could stand for perfectly OFF plan as well?

Ugh! Not to sound like a broken record, but no change here. I've varied my foods, been exercising at varying intensities...still trying to figure this crazy body out!

This is frustrating. Did my correct number of calories, worked out for three hours, and gained about 4 pounds. I know it's water retention, but still.
