Well...I thought I would come on here today and whine a little... I am up again.
Since we are starting a new one, I guess a higher weight might be helpful even though I would rather have stayed down. I think my body is confused! I am still OP.

I feel pretty good to be only 1 pound up from my lowest weight, on day 3 of TOM. Although, day 4 or 5 is likely to be the worst day. I've been off track (but in sight of it ), but at least partly back on since Monday, and it feels good already .
