Yea we run up and down the stairs 2 times, then do a lap of the gym then 2 and a lap etc etc .... we are up to 14 sets of stairs now, we tried actually running the bleacher parts but the step width is REALLY awkward so we just go up and down the stairs, and they kick my butt everytime. My legs just scream at me everytime lol. It is really nice to have that access, we only go once a week but thats totally like my 'last chance workout' for the week cause we go pretty hard core lol. Half an hour of the stairs/cario and then an hour of cardio/weigh circuts and then about half an hour of the weight machines, it feels totally awesome when we are done, but i swear a lot lol!!!

Pretty friend, lol @ swearing a lot, I'm sure I would too. Wow, that is a great workout girl, your kicking butt! Congrats on completion of the shred thus far too! Keep up the great work and thanks for the insipiration too, I sure need it today ...: )

FSA--Hey there! I like the Wii Fit, but i'll like it even more once I unlock more activities. Some activites are harder than others, but I like the games (balance and aerobics) better than the "trainer" led activites so far. It's a nice change of pace.

I'd been slacking on my exercise for a couple days and now I'm glad to say I'm back into the swing of things. I liked the workout I did this morning.
I had forgotten to post here for a few days which probably didn't help. It was easier to get off-track without thinking about recording it! But here's what I got so far:
3/1: 20 minutes, sit-ups/push-ups
3/2: 50 min (4 Fast Miles Walk Slim fitness video)
3/3: 20 min speed walk
3/4: 50 Min (4 Fast Miles Walk Slim fitness video)
3/5: 50 Min (4 Fast Miles Walk Slim fitness video)
3/6: Hours of Wii Sports!
3/7: Hours of Wii Sports!
3/8: 1 hour Wii Fit (all activites)
3/9: 15 min Wii Fit, 20 min walk
3/10: 15 min Wii Fit
3/11: day off
3/12: 40 min (WAH 3 miles with hand weights)

hi girls keep up the great work. wtg on that walk Msperception. I realized I hadn't posted my minutes in awhile and I also took yesterday and today completely off and figured I better come in and post to keep that tail of mine in line!!! Same thing happened to me another year, once I got a taste of walking outdoors I didn't feel like going on the treadmill after. It's supposed to be a nice weekend and my goal is to keep up with my walks andddddddd my upper body strength training. Have a w onderful weekend.


3/1 -Day off
3/2 -70 min. (2 20min.walks-t.m, 30 min. wii aerobics)
3/3 -60 min. wii aerobics
3/4 -80 min. (20 min.walk-t.m, 50 min. wii aerobics, 10 min. upst)
3/5 -30 min. wii aerobics
3/6 -none yet, but active thankfully
3/7 -60 min. walk outdoors
Total: 300 min.

3/8 -35 min. walk-outdoors
3/9 -40 min. wii aerobics

3/12-none
3/13-none.......so far least amount I have done this week in 2 1/2 months! ugh! I guess I needed a breather BUT I must get back to it.

3/11-Does eating a row and a half of oreos count as exercise? HMM I did do 2 miles on my nordic track I know that counts!!!
3/12- I was at work 12 hours, couldn't force myself on to the nordic track when I got home. but I did do my best to maximize my steps on the job!!!
3/13 2.2 miles on the nordic track, and went wedding supply shopping on a time limit!!! Forced my friend to park as far away from the stores as possible!!!

Keep up the good work girls!!!!!!!

Well, halfway through the month, but I am up for the exercise challenge. I walked/jog and swim laps alternate days. Aiming for 6days/week exercise.
Mon3/9 30min 1.8mi walk/jog
3/10 30min 18 laps
3/11 30 min 1.75 walk/jog
3/12 35 min 16 laps
3/13 rest
3/14 30min walk jog 2 mi OMG Iam tired today tho!! LOL Thanks for the thread!!

Hey Ladies, I have been kinda non existant from this thread for a bit, had a big exam thursday and was stupid busy stydying for it so didnt get many of my 'shreds' in. Trying to get back on track now. Did it last nite, and hope to have time to get it in tonite as well. I am going to the gym with a friend after work, so there will be some form of work out for sure, just not totally sure i will have the engery for the shred after the gym lol.

Hi girilies!!!! I have been somewhat naughty with the cravings lately, but I think that is over. The good thing is I did manage to continue to exercise, I am really moving this month, My goal was 50 miles, and I am on track to blow past that goal!!!! Yippeeee! So far I am at 37.8 miles with a big chunk of March still to go!!!!

It looks like we all have logged plenty of minutes/ miles... I really hope our scales start to budge!! WE deserve it!!!!
