Sorry I haven't been around. I've been feeling so blah lately. The last few days I've become a human garbage disposal. I'm tense, I can't sleep....I want to take a break from the internet/life in general but I feel like if I do, it'll all be over and I'll shot up to 300 lbs in no time.
hope everyone is good...i hope i go back to work next week...just to break this routine...one thing im doing is getting out of the house when i get the chance...ill stay in touch...any idea where my weight tracker went???
Wow! End of challenge weighday tomorrow, Easter Day. I just looked at what I pledged at the start - to lose a stone (14lbs). I felt down when I saw that, it didn't feel that long ago. So I went back to my checklist and discovered I was 210.7 on the start day, and last Sunday I was 198.6. I'd like to think I've lost a tad more but maybe not, the week I've had. Provided I've maintained though, that would still be 12.1lbs, which is pretty close to the stone!
Wow! What a great thing it is to post in a challenge and then only return to it at the end, it really brings it home how much I've lossed, even on those days and days and days and days and days and...sorry days when I went up and down the same 20 ounces.
