Here we go! Time for challenge #49!
Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these.

Here's what to do:
Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.

Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.

The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

Ah, well that was undoubtedly the last 5# challenge I'll ever win, seeing as how close I'm getting to goal. Never fear! You'll have my incredible beauty, wit, charm, whines and glamor gracing these challenges throughout my last lil' tiny bit o' weight loss and then into maintenance.

Ummmmmm………..holy gain for me this morning. Went off plan for V-day. Scary. High weight today. Hoping to get this weight right back off & win this one!

This is the 1st 5 lb challenge that I’ve started out at a higher weight than the previous one. And to be back in the 350's. Boo.

I'm gonna pass on this challenge, cuz my weight is just fluctuating so much, it drives me half mental watching the numbers all the time. I'll check in on you chickies, though, and be on the cheerleading squad.
